Ⅰ. Main Application
This type machine can be used for plastic film for all kinds, such
as toys, hardware, food, electronics, medicine, with a transparent
film coating repacked in a board, form a seal packing.
This type machine can also produce plastic ceiling panel, cake
boxes, lunch boxes, automobile materials and sanitary materials
etc, which can be produced with three-dimensional relief pattern
like 3D advertisement products.
Suitable material: PVC, PET, PP, PC, ABS, PS, EPS, HIPS, LDPE, HDPE
and all thermoplastic sheet.
Ⅱ. Introduction of Vacuum Forming Machine
1. This machine is automatic. Just after placing plastic sheet onto

Ⅲ. Working Processes of Vacuum Forming Machine
Carry materials manually→ clamp the materials → move the material
into the oven,(while we can use blow function to keep material not
drap down), after the material to soft →take the material to
forming area → Bubble blow the material before vacuum (this is
important function) → the vacuum will auto start→ open the fan to
cold→ separate the model and material →take the material out.
IV. Principles of Vacuum Forming
The technology of Vacuum Forming is a method for thermo-forming. It
is a method of
using thermoplastic sheet to make an opening of the housing of the
article. Cut the plastic sheet into special size first, and then
heat and soften the sheet through the huge pressure difference on
both sides of the sheet or mechanical pressure, this can make the
sheet attached with the surface of the mold after heating and
deforming, next through cooling and shaping, the sheet can be
vacuumed into various shapes of cover, plastic trays, bubble shell

make the sheet achieve tensile deformation. Vacuum force is easy to
be realized, grasped and controlled, so it is the earliest, a

V. Main Features
1). Independent temperature control system:
Adopting dense, plate and special far infrared ceramic heating
brick to assemble the machine. It can reach exact temperature
within 5 minutes. Steady temperature can assure high quality of
product when use PVC,PET or other environmental materials. Also, it
can save more power that traditional machine, using the time of
cooling and demoulding after forming to heat the material , so it
will not influence the forming speed.
2). Adopting solid-state temperature controller,which has
voltage regulator function, when the external voltage changes in a
range, it can ensure the stable temperature.
3). The electric furnace are equipped with cylinder to push, and it
has electromagnetic valve buffer system, so this can make the
electric furnace stable and durable
4). The machine has complete functions like“ delay vacuum, vacuum,
vacuum with the wind, Spray, cooling wind”, all these can make it

RE: For standard small machines, the machines will be packed with
no take apart, it comes to you to be a complete machine;
you just need to connect power and compressed air to machine, then

Questions 08. What Should I bring when I visit your factory?
RE: For special product design and develop, we request you bring a
piece of testing material, you can test on our machines on-site.
For common product, it is enough to show us product pictures or
material together. However, when an HF-welded seam is stressed, the
load is absorbed by the material surfaces, which of course means
that the HF-welded seam is stronger. Furthermore, the seam created
with HF can be welded in a manner that provides a uniform
transition without splices between the joined materials. There is
no space through which dirt, moisture or bacteria can penetrate and
impair the product’s strength and durability.
